Birmingham Vendor Guide

Since you obviously already know who you want to live paint at your wedding, here are some of my favorite other local Birmingham wedding vendors I have worked with!

Don't where to start? Sounds like you need a wedding planner!

The best-in-the-bis Birmingham Wedding Planners are Kalee Baker Events, King Event Co., and Elizabeth Carlisle Events. Any of these three local wedding planners, Kalee Baker, Lindsey King, or Carly Cline, will get you all organized and ready to plan.

Kalee’s love for serving people and gift of hospitality is evident from the moment you meet her. Combined with her eye for detail and creative organizational skills, Kalee has an exceptional combination of gifts and skills for planning thoughtful and beautiful events that clients will cherish for a lifetime.

Dreaming alongside her clients is Lindsey's greatest joy, and creating an event that is undeniably theirs is my top priority. Her client's personal aesthetic is always the basis of her design approach. She loves the fine details and will analyze every last element of their day and the months and weeks leading up to it until it is nothing short of perfection!

Carly Cline, owner and lead planner, says her favorite part of each wedding day is opening the doors to the ceremony and watching the bride walk down the aisle to their groom. At that moment, all the planning, coordinating, and organizing of the day feels as if it has all come together. Elizabeth Carlisle Events prides itself on giving each bride, groom, and their families a stress-free, and fully catered to experience. They go into every wedding day with the goal of allowing you to live out our motto: “Enjoying your day to the fullest!”

Where to find a dress? Bridal Shops

Local wedding dress shop, the Heidi Elnora Atelier, is Birmingham's only fashion house. Star of TLC's Bride by Design, Project Runway alum, Birmingham Fashion Week Founder, and wedding dress designer Heidi Elnora designs custom wedding gowns in Birmingham, Alabama. The Heidi Elnora Atelier offers a wide range of styles including elegant, couture wedding gowns, bohemian wedding dresses, classic wedding silhouettes, and even a curvy wedding dress collection! Heidi's other brainchild is Birmingham-based custom wedding dresses from Build-A-Bride™. With the help of a Bridal Curator™, each bride gets to design their own unique experience as well as their custom wedding gown. Once the bride selects her wedding dress silhouette, she and the Bridal Curator™ "build" her dream custom-designed wedding dress. With the Build-A-Bride™, any dress a bride can imagine can be created, and every bride gets a custom bridal gown experience to "design your own wedding dress" without the hassle and price of a custom couture gown.

Founded in 2006, the Heidi Elnora Atelier is known across the country for its customer service and fine attention to detail. Inside you will find innovation, expertise, creativity, thoughtfulness, and the full bridal experience. The Atelier team is dedicated to making brides feel treasured. From the moment a bride steps inside, she will feel like the most important woman in the world. She will feel loved, cared for, and most importantly like a bride. Ultimately, they want to make brides feel celebrated, loved, and excited while trying to make this process as smooth as possible! Heidi brides will walk away with not only having a dress they love but also an experience they cherish because the Heidi Elnora Atelier goes beyond the dress! Happy Bride = #heidibride

Through a customizable design process, each dress transcends traditional wedding dress options, allowing brides the ability to have ownership in designing the most cherished garment they will ever wear--their wedding dress. Over the years, Heidi noticed a change and shift in the way women shop for their wedding dresses. They wanted a more personal and convenient approach. This is where Build-A-Bride™ comes in. Though Build-A-Bride™ was conceived in 2008, it was not until January 2, 2018, after years of planning, tweaking, and editing the line that the brand came full circle. As of today, Heidi Elnora has created the FIRST “Direct to Consumer, In-Home Bridal Boutique Experience” (IHBBE - for short) through her highly acclaimed and sought-after Build-A-Bride™ collection. With the help of an incredible team of Bridal Curator™s, the brand has launched a permanent popup store in Auburn and more to come in Huntsville, Mobile, and many other cities all across the southeast!

You found the dress, but now you need it to fit you! Alterations

When it comes to clothes, Rebecca believes in quality over quantity. She wants to reflect this through the pieces she creates, from excellent construction to small details like hand beading. Her goal as a designer is to combine influences of art, nature, and my surroundings with luxury fabrics and feminine yet edgy silhouettes. She crafts high-quality garments that are timeless and well-loved.

Let's Get People There! Invitations

REWRITE

there lived a lady who loved paper… all kinds of paper… handmade, linen, laid, deckled edge… she also loved creating lovely things to put on the paper. An idea came to her once that she would like to own her own company and work with paper… she could type, sort, file… anything. One day, someone asked her if she could print a tea invitation. She answered, “I guess so.” Well, she looked and looked and finally found the perfect paper. She printed that tea invitation and the rest is history.

More and more people in the land found out that she could print and design. The more people who found out, the more she printed. Finally, she became a dealer for many top-notch invitation companies throughout the land. The lady, Patricia Campbell, still prints and creates, but she also represents invitation companies who produce and print the most beautiful invitations. She looks forward to each day of her career, meeting with her brides and their families and helping them pick out the most perfect save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and wedding programs that will make them happy for their special day
